Our Clubs and Training Schedule

We run classes four days a week at three different locations (also known as dojos) across Northamptonshire (specifically Rushden, Wellingborough, and Barton Seagrave). Students aren’t obligated to come to a certain amount of training sessions per week, but of course the more often you can train, the more you’ll be able to reap the benefits that karate has to offer!

Please note that the Association’s weekly Kata session is on Fridays at the Rushden dojo. Kata (essentially a sequence of techniques which are performed solo and follow a pattern) are taught alongside their applications (working with a partner/s to understand how the solo techniques can be used). Attendance at this club is normally in addition to training at one of the Association’s other clubs.

If you’d like to start training with us right away, would like to watch a training session first, or if you have any other questions, then feel free to drop us an email, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. You could also head over to our Facebook page and ask us anything there.
